-1 [Retail Associate / Team Member] As a Service Desk Associate at D&W Fresh Market, you'll:
Provide courteous customer service in person or by telephone;
Answer incoming calls to the retail store and direct calls to the appropriate department and assist with guest questions in store;
Perform/process guest services transactions such as credits, over-rings, refunds, lottery ticket sales, etc;
Operate cash register to itemize customer purchases;
Process financial transactions.
