• 5+ years of retail Store Manager experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Excellent leadership and people‑management skills, building high‑performing teams and future leaders.

• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders, acting as a role model.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, meeting agreed timescales.
• Effective written and oral communication in English for management, coaching and customer interaction.

The pay range for this role is: $105,560 - $124,280.
