Parkland Corporation is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Breckenridge, MN branch. This role is part-time, with work hours Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 10:00 am.

Starting Salary: $18 /hour

The Opportunity: The part‑time Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day maintenance of the branch, ensuring it is clean, well stocked, and organized.

• Enforce daily operating procedures to ensure location is clean, adequately stocked and organized.
• Maintain a safe work environment including performing loss prevention duties.
• Properly clean and maintain equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Positive outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate a computer and perform simple arithmetic calculations.
• Proficient verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to work in varying outdoor climates and in‑store cooler environments.
• Physical ability to complete required duties, including standing, lifting, bending, reaching, and walking.
