Member and guest satisfaction is our top priority. Somerby is seeking a part-time bartender over 18 years of age to join our team and deliver an exceptional experience in our restaurants and bars.
Compensation$11.13 plus Tips
Job Tasks (Duties)- Greet and engage members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards
- Take food and beverage orders when needed
- Ensure proper cash handling and accurate use of the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol
- Provide information on menu offerings and upcoming club events
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bar service for events or banquets
- Must be 18 years of age or older (21+ preferred)
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic drink recipes and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift/move 20 lbs.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Work at a high-end private golf club facility
- Develop lasting relationships with fellow staff and members
