- Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
- Provide leadership to crew and managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service and cleanliness to customers.
- Play an important role in running great restaurants by supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
- Communicate effectively with crew and managers to help them prepare to run a great shift.
- Achieve targets during your shifts and help departments meet their goals.
- Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
- Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during your shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
- Train new team members on critical job functions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Fast food/restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to commute/relocate: reliable transportation required.
We provide on-the-job training for candidates interested in becoming Shift Managers so that candidates will have the experience needed to succeed.
