Overview

Flynn Group, the world’s largest Applebee’s franchisee, is expanding and seeks an Applebee’s Cook to join a fun, flexible, and growth‑oriented team. The role focuses on preparing delicious menu items and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

As an Applebee’s Cook you will create and serve high‑quality menu items that keep customers coming back. You will work as part of a fast‑paced team, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff while meeting high standards of food safety and hygiene.

• Prepare menu items and maintain quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food‑service regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates and communicate clearly.
• Follow all health‑and‑safety guidelines, including proper sanitation and safe food handling.

• Minimum age 18.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand and remain active for 4+ hours; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a hot, damp kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Hourly pay ranges from $16 to $21. Daily Pay is available at select locations (not in California). The position offers flexible work schedules, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, and a clear career path within the Flynn Group.

The role requires the ability to remain stationary for up to four hours, maneuver safely in a hot and damp environment, lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis, and use hand tools while wearing protective covering throughout the shift.
