The Salvation Army (Western) - 60402 Elbow Lake Rd [Busser / Porter / Cleaner] As a Dishwasher at The Salvation Army, you'll:
Clean dishes, pots and pans, utensils and silverware using three-step sanitation process and/or automatic dishwasher;
Ensure that the dishwasher and garbage disposal are operating properly by following posted instructions;
Soak silverware in pre-wash solution (1 part bleach, 4 parts water);
Scrub pots and pans using appropriate cleaning products;
Keep cleaning solutions separate and away from the food preparation areas.
