• Follow and maintain standards of sanitation and safety for personnel, food preparation, storage, kitchen equipment, and all department areas.
• Receives and stores food and supplies, and assures they are stored properly.
• Ensures food safety and sanitation practices are adhered to, and the timing of meals is met.
• Communicate with residents, guests, and co-workers professionally and pleasantly.

• Experience working in a kitchen environment is required
• Knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen safety regulations
