Job Summary And Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse Patient Care Charge will manage, supervise, and coordinate the care of residents on their neighborhood on the PM shift by performing the essential functions of the position.

• Evaluates activities of the neighborhood to ensure patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service.
• Evaluates to ensure standards of care and Federal/State regulations are followed.
• Coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary team.
• Serve as a resource for staff.
• Supervise PM shift staff.
• Review and update care plans as needed.
• Complete MDS assessments as assigned.

• Registered Nursing degree
• Registered Nurse: MN
• Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)

• 2-3 years experience
