Schedule

• Full-time | 8-1.0 FTE | Onsite - Centra Care - Clearwater, MN
• Day shifts | Specific hours listed below
  • Choice of 4- or 5-day work week
  • Clinic hours:
    • Monday: 7:30 a.m.
      
      - 5:00 p.m.
    • Tuesday-Friday: 8:00 a.m.
      
      - 5:00 p.m. (flexibility available)
  • No evenings, weekends, holidays, or call

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $ - $124,904 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Current AHA BLS certification
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• 1+ year of clinical experience as an NP or PA
