Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive resident assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor health changes to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care with precision, adhering to state and federal regulations (MN Board of Nursing standards).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including LPNs, CNAs, and physicians, to promote holistic wellness and family satisfaction.
• Educate residents and families on health management, preventive care, and lifestyle enhancements.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR) and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Minnesota (or eligibility for endorsement).
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in long-term care, senior living, or acute care (new grads encouraged to apply with strong clinical rotations).
• Excellent clinical judgment, empathy, and communication skills in a fast-paced, resident-centered setting.
