  Full‑time daytime hours with on‑call rotation approximately twice per month
• Competitive Pay: $40.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience
• On‑Site Meals: Freshly prepared meals available during shifts for $4.00

• Oversee and coordinate clinical services to ensure high‑quality resident care
• Support and mentor nursing staff to promote professional growth and strong care practices
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
• Ensure compliance with state and federal long‑term care regulations
• Assist with care planning, assessments, and clinical documentation

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for senior care and team development
• Knowledge of long‑term care regulations preferred
