Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Position Summary:
We are seeking caring and dependable RNs and LPNs to join our nursing team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on clinical care, support residents’ daily needs, and ensure quality outcomes in accordance with state, federal, and professional nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care and support to residents

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident conditions, complete assessments, and promptly report changes

• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families

• Document all care provided in compliance with regulations and facility policy

• Supervise and support CNAs, TMAs, and other care staff as assigned

• Promote dignity, safety, and resident-centered care at all times

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in Minnesota (required)

• Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred (not required)
