What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies

• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health status and changes in condition

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families

• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

• Promote resident dignity, safety, and comfort at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Current RN license in Minnesota in good standing

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
