We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Franklin Restorative Care Center in Franklin, Minnesota. As a registered nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting resident information

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

• Provide bereavement support and counseling to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Minnesota

• 0-2 years of experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
