Home Health Aide - Casual​/On-Call

We are seeking experienced Home Health Aides interested in casual/on‑call hours to join our dynamic team in Corcoran, MN. The role performs services for residents at our Assisted Living and Memory Care facility, maintains personal comfort and safety of the client, attends a minimum of four staff meetings annually, and keeps current CPR and First Aid certification.

• 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
• 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.

Saint Therese operates four senior communities in Minnesota (Brooklyn Park, Corcoran, Shoreview, Woodbury), a campus in Monroe, Michigan, and a partnership in Avon, Ohio. Corcoran offers 153 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments with dining, wellness center, library, lounge, golf simulator, salon, and wood shop.

Education: Completion of a certification training program in home care and/or competency evaluation in home care, or certification as a nursing assistant in Minnesota.

Experience: Previous caregiver experience required; assisted‑living experience preferred.

Wage: $18.44 – $25.03 per hour, depending on experience.
