Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Long Term Care assignment in Minnesota requiring a current MN RN license and at least 2 years of LTC experience.
Responsibilities- Work in a long term care setting
- Patient population consists of residents requiring skilled nursing care, including those with dementia
- Assignment is 13 weeks in length
- Shifts are 8-12 hours in duration
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to household nursing staff
- Oversee and implement clinical policies, resident care documentation, and medication administration practices
- Participate in person-centered care planning and promote resident well-being
- Foster collaboration with other medical staff and departments
- Demonstrate dementia sensitivity and individualized care practices
- Active MN RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years of long term care RN experience required
- Experience providing assessments, care coordination, and supervision in an LTC environment
