• Education Requirements: Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, BLS certification.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care facilities.
• Other Requirements: Must reside within 1 hour of the facility, ability to work 3x12 shifts, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
