Job Description
Director of Nursing (DON) in Minnesota
Join our compassionate team, where we deliver exceptional senior care in a faith-driven community offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. As DON, lead nursing operations in our welcoming Minnesota facilities, ensuring resident-centered care in a supportive small-town environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct all nursing services, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation to maintain high care standards.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care plans while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Minnesota standards.
- Oversee daily resident care, conduct rounds, manage documentation, participate in quality assurance, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota; BSN or higher degree preferred, with supervisory experience in senior living or long-term care.
- Proven leadership skills, knowledge of healthcare regulations, and ability to foster a positive team environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; commitment to compassionate, person-centered care.
- Competitive salary averaging $110,912 plus overtime, in line with Morris, MN market rates.
