Full‑time PM shift.

• Provide and monitor high‑quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and document care activities accurately.
• Support residents’ independence and overall well‑being through proactive nursing interventions.

• Registered Nurse with current licensure from the state board of nursing in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices.
• Alignment with PHS’s mission and operating philosophies.
• Proficient English language skills—reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.

The estimated starting pay range is $39.25 – $43.00 per hour. Actual pay depends on qualifications, market conditions, and other factors.
