EDUCATION:

  • Ability to read and write; understand and follow oral and written directions

    • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide basic patient care and treatment
  • Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
  • Observe, monitor, communicate, and document the resident’s condition according to policy
  • Administer medications and treatments to residents accurately and in accordance with physician orders
  • Receive physician orders and process these orders per policy; assure that orders are implemented
  • Assume responsibility for the Nursing Standards of Practice
  • Demonstrate ability to organize workload, set priorities, and manage time
  • Demonstrate knowledge and compliance with
  • HIPAA Regulations/Policy
