The assignment would be at the White Earth Clinic but may have shifts at Red Lake clinics.
Shift ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM but may rotate to have some shifts that are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
LicenseActive, full, and unrestricted RN license from any U.S. State, District of Columbia, or U.S. Territory (any state license accepted). Must have passed NCLEX and remain in good standing.
Certifications- BLS Mandatory
- ACLS Preferred
Minimum 2 years of RN experience. Outpatient experience required. Experience with Ambulatory, or Emergency Care setting would be preferred.
Credentialing / Onboarding Time6–8 weeks
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive outpatient nursing care, including preventive screenings, vaccinations, and chronic disease management.
- Triage walk-in patients, assess conditions, and escalating care as needed.
- Assist in minor procedures, medication administration, and IV therapy.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medication adherence, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers (NPs, PAs), and allied health staff.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and IHS healthcare standards.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EHR) using Oracle/Cerner.
