Salary Range: $24.00 - $36.00

• Support multiple locations within 150 miles of your permanent address, with mileage reimbursement and shift differentials.
• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision, including assessment, medication administration, and documentation.
• Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring residents' health, comfort, and safety.
• Counsel residents and families on care plans and health education.

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; associate degree preferred.
• Active MN LPN Licensure required.
• Minimum 3 months experience in Long Term Care required, 6 months preferred.
• Additional skills in IV therapy may be required depending on location.
