Purpose of Job
This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing & Communications supervisor and director in planning and implementing various forms of marketing, communications and digital media to support strategic business priorities for the Ridgeview system entities. Additional responsibility for directly supporting marketing, communications and outreach services for Ridgeview Arlington and Le Sueur Campuses (including Nursing & Rehab Center, Sunrise Plaza).
Job Functions- Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience with SEO/SEM, HTML;
Google+, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (social media platforms), Linked In/Indeed (recruiting platforms)
Word Press, blog/content hub development and email marketing, website and social media content development. - Experience with desktop publishing/InDesign/Digital graphics design
- Google AdWords certification, Google Analytics certification
- Photography
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Social media, mobile and content development skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
- Ability to analyze campaign analytics and prepare reports as requested
- Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above.
