Marketing Specialist to join our headquarters and work within a truly global company and team.

In this role, you will help execute and scale marketinginitiativesacross various channels and markets, generate demand, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Global Marketing Specialist will  collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including projects, services, and customer service and support, as well as local marketers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategiestodelightcustomers.

• Support the development and own the execution ofB2B-marketing initiatives(digital, email, social media, events, etc.).
• Analyze marketing and sales performance and generate reports to guide data-driven decisions; oversee customer data and marketing dashboards.
• Actively collect market research toidentifytrends, customer insights, and competitor strategies.
• Coordinate events and ensure we make a significant impactwiththe events we organize orparticipatein.
• Create andoptimizecontent for websites, emails, social media, and other marketing channels; video capabilities are considered an advantage.
• Work with social media accounts and contribute to growth and engagement strategies.
• Work withmarketingautomation tool; familiarity with the Salesforce environment is preferred.
• Support SEO, SEM, and GEO initiatives to drive website traffic and conversions.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed.
• Monitor andmaintainbrand consistency across all marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, ora related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (digital marketing experience preferred).
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, or similar,Adobe-toolsseenas an advantage.
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, channels, and best practices, withan eagerness to test new possibilities and implement AI tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish;proficiency in German and other languages is considered an advantage.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A curiosity to learn new things and a desire to work with AI tools.
