• Develop and execute comprehensive field event strategies that support marketing objectives
• Serve as the primary owner for a portfolio of field events, ensuring demand generation and brand presence
• Lead the full lifecycle of event management, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis
• Drive engagement and attendance through innovative promotional strategies across channels
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry events for brand positioning and lead generation

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in field event marketing planning and execution in a technology environment
• Proven track record of delivering successful field events and activations
• Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools such as Marketo CVENT, and Salesforce
• Ability and willingness to travel (25%-30%) for event coordination and execution

• Experience with budget management and vendor/supplier management
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to report on event success
• Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills
