• Organize team engagement events, from small-scale activities like Massage Day to large-scale events such as sports competitions and year-end celebrations.
• Organize conferences and summits to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to secure event sponsor ships.
• Manage and execute town halls, overseeing all logistical details.

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to support organizational initiatives, change programs, and engagement goals.
• Coordinate and deliver communication plans for major events, collaborating with cross-functional committees and event leads.
• Write, edit, and produce various content types, including campaign messaging, newsletters, event materials, video scripts, and announcements.
• Build and manage a communications calendar for timely updates across internal platforms.
• Track engagement metrics and evaluate communication effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.
• Support change management initiatives with clear messaging to aid employee understanding and adoption.
• Advise stakeholders on communication best practices, storyboarding, content planning, and message clarity.
• Ensure all communications adhere to organizational standards, voice, and brand guidelines.
