Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Purpose

The Marketing Coordinator helps keep IDS’s marketing operations organized, consistent, and moving forward by supporting content, campaigns, and digital tools with accuracy and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work but is also comfortable improving and refining processes as the team grows. You’ll play a key part in maintaining brand consistency, tracking project progress, and ensuring the team stays aligned.

Major Opportunities & Key Accountabilities Marketing Support
  • Assist in executing marketing plans and strategies developed by the Marketing Leader.
  • Support the creation, editing and deployment of content for blogs, email campaigns, social media, and internal/external documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of email and direct mail campaigns, ensuring target lists are updated and accurate.
Digital Presence and Branding
  • Assist with updating website content using Hub Spot as directed.
  • Help maintain consistent branding by organizing and distributing IDS-branded materials.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and posting of social media content; monitor engagement metrics.
Campaign and Event Support
  • Provide logistical support for company-sponsored trade shows, conferences, marketing or educational events, including setup and vendor coordination. Work with Sales Ops team on handoffs for post‑show follow ups.
  • Build campaigns and tracking in Hub Spot to enable reporting pre‑and post‑show.
Reporting and Reporting Tasks
  • Build project plans in Motion and help the Marketing team, freelancers, and agencies stay on track with those plans.
  • Track and report key performance metrics for campaigns, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Support administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, project tracking, and documentation.
DOCUMENTATION & STANDARDS
  • Ensure all marketing materials and content align with IDS’s branding standards.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing campaigns, project timelines, and digital assets.
  • Adhere to established processes for social media posting, email scheduling, and project updates.
Nature & Scope
  • No direct responsibility for supervising others.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and a strong desire to grow in the field.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and website content management systems (We use Hub Spot).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to collaborate and learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent coursework).
  • At least six months of hands‑on experience in a marketing‑related role, such as an internship or entry‑level position.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media schedulers, email marketing tools, or CRMs).
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
