Job Title: Sprayer (Metal Finishing)

Location: Eden Valley, MN

Pay: Starting at $17/hour with opportunities for higher pay based on experience,
plus quarterly bonuses

Schedule:

• Regular:
  Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Overtime:
  Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sprayer to join our metal finishing team. In this hands‑on position, you will apply liquid coatings to metal parts using spray equipment in a manufacturing environment.

If you have spray gun or coating experience, that's great-but we're also willing to train someone eager to learn and build new skills.

• Apply coatings to metal parts using liquid spray equipment

• Inspect parts to ensure proper coating coverage and finish

• Follow work orders and job instructions

• Use measuring tools such as viscosity cups, micrometers, and calipers

• Maintain spray equipment and keep the work area clean

• Work safely around coatings and chemicals

• Support the production team and assist with other tasks as needed

• High school diploma or GED

• Spray gun or industrial coating experience preferred

• Ability to read job instructions and basic blueprints

• Basic computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Standing for extended periods of time

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 65 lbs
  )

• Bending, twisting, reaching, and overhead lifting

• Steel‑toe boots required
