Position: General Laborer / Truss Builder
Location: Isanti

Do you enjoy working with your hands, swinging a hammer, and staying active throughout the day? Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow? We're hiring motivated general laborers / truss builders in Isanti, MN, for a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

This is a temp-to-hire position on the 2nd shift that includes weekly pay, safety bonuses, and paid time off.

Location: Isanti, MN

Wage: $17/hr.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Thursday
• (Occasional Friday overtime may be available)

Duties of the general laborer / truss builder:

• Assemble wood roof and floor trusses using blueprints and specifications
• Use hand tools, including hammers, nail guns, and measuring tools
• Measure, cut, and align wood materials accurately
• Lift and move lumber and completed trusses (up to 75 lbs)
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a production line setting
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements of the general laborer / truss builder:

• Bring your own hammer
• Steel-toe boots required
• Able to lift 50-75 lbs. consistently throughout the shift
• Comfortable with repetitive physical labor and heavy lifting
• Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for 10+ hours
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
• Able to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
