Job Overview
This position is responsible for operating rough cut machinery, maintaining the machinery, keeping accurate documentation, and handling material.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Operate the machinery (Waterjet/Combi-Cut, saw) and monitor its operation to ensure it runs correctly at all times.
- Perform required quality checks.
- Interpret blueprint drawings and sketches for planning purposes.
- Set up and operate cutting machinery.
- Document and organize all material transactions: received, moved, scrapped, and quality verified.
- Visually inspect equipment with complex parts, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain area cleanliness.
- Operate overhead crane and forklift.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Industrial work experience.
- Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation.
- Basic computer skills.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: Mechanically inclined is preferred.
Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace preferred.

Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $17.15–$22.66. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location and are influenced by experience, education, and training.
