Job Description:
Join us as we grow! Our new Randolph, MN location is set to open its doors in early May 2026, and we are beginning the hiring process now. We will be reviewing applications and interviewing on a rolling basis, allowing us to adjust start dates to fit your schedule and business needs. To get you started on the right foot, this position may require in‑person training at our Le Sueur, MN facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor processing equipment, including mills, classifiers, and dryers, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Control process parameters such as feed rates, temperatures, and airflows to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment to identify any issues or potential problems, and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Adjust equipment and process parameters as needed to optimize production and address any deviations from specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment status, and process parameters.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to processing and material handling.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and work with maintenance personnel to resolve any issues.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize powder processing operations and reduce costs.
- Utilize barcode scanning systems to track and manage inventory movement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in material handling and storage within the processing area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in using process control systems and data acquisition software.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with production teams, maintenance personnel, and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency.
- Ability to acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent - Experience:
2+ years of experience in a related manufacturing environment - Systems: CMMS
- High attention to detail

- Work well both independently and with a team
- Self‑motivated
- Lift up to 60 lbs.
- Push/pull 100 lbs.
- Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks

- Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
- Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions

Cambria’s starting salary hourly range for this position is $22.00- $28.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job‑related experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods.
