Lloyd's BBQ: 3rd Shift Sanitation

Position: $23.95+ Lloyd's BBQ: 3rd Shift Sanitation
Location: Saint Paul

Lloyd's Barbeque (a subsidiary of Hormel Corporation) is looking for General Workers at our Mendota Heights facility. Pay for the position starts at $23.95 per hour. The Sanitation Worker's task include:

+ Abiding by all Lloyd's Barbeque plant safety rules

+ Wearing all required PPE

+ Being trained in the use of many different chemicals

+ Using a hose to clean mechanical equipment

+ Working overnight shifts

+ Completing all necessary paperwork correctly and in a timely manner

+ Operating an electric Pallet Jack (in-house training provided)

+ Relieving other Lloyd's BBQ plant positions as necessary (additional pay provided if relieving a higher pay grade position)

+ Following good manufacturing practices (GMP's)

+ Perform any and all duties (washroom and production) as assigned by 1st line supervisor.

Requirements of the position include:

+ Ability to work safely

+ 18 years of age or older

+ Ability to bend and turn at the waist, squat, reach overhead

+ Lift up to 50 lbs

+ Ability to learn and perform multiple positions (after being provided training)

+ Work in a refrigerated environment (35 -- 45 degrees)

+ Good communication skills

+ Handle a variety of meat products (including pork)
