Position: Manufacturing / Production Supervisor

* Salary: $72,115 - $90,144 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

* The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times

* You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor

* The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices

* As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team

* Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree with 2 plus years of related experience or 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5 plus years of specific experience and 2 plus years of related supervisory experience

Preferred

Education and Experience:

* Master's Degree
