The Role We are seeking a full-time Production team member to support the manufacturing of Structural Insulated Panels. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality production, on-time delivery, and a safe, efficient work environment. Production team members work indoors and collaborate closely with other departments to meet daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manufacture Structural Insulated Panels according to specifications and quality standards.
Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Read and follow work orders, drawings, and production schedules
Perform material handling, including loading, unloading, and staging materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Conduct quality checks and report issues or defects
Work collaboratively with production, shipping, and management teams
Participate in overtime during peak construction seasons as required Requirements Construction or manufacturing experience preferred
Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
