Are you a techsavvy problem solver with a deep understanding of shipbuilding and hull structural design, and a passion for translating complex engineering needs into compelling digital solutions? We are looking for a technically strong and commercially minded professional to join our Presales team as an Application Consultant, Hull.

In this role, you will act as the presales subject matter expert for CADMATIC Hull, working at the forefront of customer engagements with shipyards, design offices, and marine engineering companies around the world. You will help customers understand how CADMATIC Hull supports the entire hull design and production lifecycle—from hull form development and structural modeling to production engineering and classification workflows—and how these capabilities integrate into their existing digital ecosystems.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to shape customer‑specific solutions, support opportunity qualification, and influence technical decision‑making. Your work will involve engaging with prospective customers through discovery meetings, technical workshops, and presentations, understanding their requirements, and translating them into high‑impact product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, and pilot projects, with a strong focus on articulating measurable business value, productivity gains, and risk reduction for the customer.

You will articulate best‑practice hull structure workflows using CADMATIC Hull, while also maintaining and evolving the Hull demo environment and creating technical sales assets such as slide decks, demo models, tutorial videos, and webinars to ensure our Hull value proposition is clearly and consistently communicated.

You will be part of our Presales team and report directly to our Vice President of Solutions Consulting and Presales, Kristjan Müül. The position can be based in either the Netherlands or Finland. In the Netherlands, our office is located in Groningen. In Finland, we have offices in Turku, Tampere, Kotka, and Oulu.
