At Westmor Industries, we are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This essential role ensures the smooth operation and maintenance of our production equipment and facilities, contributing to our commitment to excellence in industrial products and services.

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for the following duties:

• Preventative Maintenance
  :
  Plan, execute, and oversee preventative maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
• Repair Work: Conduct essential repairs on production equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Maintenance Documentation
  :
  Document maintenance activities, including date, time, and specific details, for precise tracking and reporting.
• Facility Upkeep
  :
  Maintain the premises, including yard maintenance and snow removal, to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Safe Equipment Operation
  :
  Operate equipment safely in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

• The starting pay range for this position is $20-$24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

• Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

• Proficient in hydraulics, air systems, pneumatic controls, electrical systems, welding, and mechanical understanding.
• Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to excel in a team environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours and capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
