Location: Redwood Falls
A progressive woodworking company in Minnesota is seeking a Production Supervisor. In this role, you will lead a skilled team to build custom wood items and manage production efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong woodworking skills, effective leadership, and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
