The Production Worker is responsible for removing and sorting material from conveyor belts, maintaining a clean shredder facility, and supporting overall yard cleanliness. This role requires physical labor, basic math skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Remove trash, wood, paper, and plastics from conveyor belts
• Sort and place materials into the correct chutes or onto conveyors
• Clean the yard by sweeping, raking, and picking up debris
• Move barrels and bins as needed
• Perform general cleaning tasks
• Assist with other duties as assigned

• Ability to work independently
• Basic math skills
• Able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds
• Capable of performing physical tasks in various environments
