Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Duluthis currently seeking applicants for a Operator 1.

This position will be on-site at the Duluth, MN facility, near Airpark blvd and Haines Road.

• Builds electronic components by winding, soldering (components and printed circuit boards), crimping, masking, encapsulating, conformal coating and epoxy.
• Mechanical and electrical assembly of products.
• Test parts, subassemblies and finished goods, record results.
• Document test results, procedures and materials as needed.
• Use mechanical measuring equipment.
• Partner with engineers and other manufacturing team members to improve efficiency and quality of our products.
• Executes task(s), as directed.
• Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor.
• Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.

• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Good eyesight
• Ability to use a microscope
• Ability to set up and operate equipment (winders, mold press, ovens, test equipment)
• Soldering Skills (preferred)

Work hours:

Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM

Pay: $18/hr starting pay (additional compensation may be added based on experience)
