Tolomatic is looking for a Receiver to join our team. Choose between two shift options: 5x8s Monday-Friday from 7am to 3:30pm OR 4x10s Tuesday-Friday from 7am to 5:30pm.

• High school education or equivalent
• At least 6 months of related receiving, shipping or material handler/parts picking experience in a manufacturing environment
• Intermediate PC skills with the ability to navigate from one screen to another. Microsoft Office – Word and Excel knowledge
• Ability to work accurately with numbers and instructions
• Ability to be trained to operate a forklift and overhead crane
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the week
• Displays a positive “can‑do” attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow on the job
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external personnel
• Ability to manage inventory projects with minimal supervision
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
• Displays a sense of urgency and has the ability to be self‑motivated and task driven

Our Receivers promptly receive all materials arriving through purchase orders, work orders or customer returns. To ensure disposition of such materials to inspection, proper end‑user or appropriate work‑in‑process order. To complete material handling duties for assembly cells and maintain and stock inventory consistent with company policies and procedures. To complete the assigned cycle counting duties to help ensure inventory accuracy.
