This position is 2nd Shift working Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm - 1:00am.
Position Description- Preparing and Painting of product to specifications using HVLP equipment
- Responsible for Preparing and Painting quality product in a timely manner
- Responsible for daily work in adherence to the quality management system
- Responsible for the Preparing and Painting of product
- Accurate identification of products (stamping, marking, etc.)
- Final coating Inspection of parts
- Following safety procedures
- Correct documentation (timekeeping, BOM’s, prints, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping, etc.
- Preparation and painting experience in a related industry (preferred)
- Experience using HVLP equipment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Good mechanical aptitude (preferred)
- Comfortable using various computer software
- Experience with different types of coating products (epoxy, enamel, primer, etc.)
- Understanding of two-part paint mix ratios
- Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day
- Good verbal and written communication skills

Below identifies an anticipated hiring range, which includes the 2nd shift differential pay.
The pay range for this role is: 24 - 28 USD per hour (Aggressive Hydraulics - Cedar, MN)
