Staffmark is hiring a Manufacturing Associate in Aitkin, MN! This entry‑level, temp‑to‑hire position is perfect for anyone looking to start a rewarding career in manufacturing. No prior experience is required—training and support will be provided to help you succeed.
Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Requirements:
High school diploma + 1 year of lumber distribution experience preferred
- Feed materials into or remove them from automatic machines or equipment
- Inspect and count products for defects
- Sort boards and remove defective items
- Unload materials from trucks or pallets onto the sawmill deck
- Operate dual control buttons and adjust machine settings
- Perform general cleaning of machinery, equipment, and work areas
- Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
