This Manufacturing Supervisor position is
2nd shift (core hours are Monday through Thursday 5:00 pm - 3:30 am) and offering a Sign-On Bonus of $10,000.

The Fireplaces Business Unit is one of our key business units within Hearth & Home Technologies, featuring leading brands such as Heat & Glo, Majestic, Heatilator, and more. This business unit is dedicated to advancing fireplace technology and design, reflecting our commitment to exceptional quality and comfort.

• Engages and motivates members and provide onsite leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements, improve working relationships, and high morale through effective communication, coaching, training, development, and root cause analysis.
• Exercises limited authority; sets performance objectives, coaches team members on performance, completes performance evaluations, and recommends pay actions.
• Ensures corrective actions for quality, safety, delivery, cost, materials, downtime, etc. are addressed with proper root cause analysis and action plans.
• Communicates policies, procedures, department and company performance, and improvement opportunities.
• Leads projects to achieve results in strategic initiatives while supporting safety, quality, delivery, cost.
• Minimum of 2 years of effective leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience
• Lead through influence and direct management to achieve results in a timely manner
• Must be computer literate
• Highly organized, ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Analytical ability to solve issues and provide direction

• Salary Range listed for this position has been adjusted to include a 2nd Shift premium of $10,400 annually.

• Paid Parental Leave (eligible after 1 year of employment)
