We are currently looking for an Ammonia/Refrigeration Specialist.

Performs a wide range of ammonia refrigeration system maintenance with a concentration on Process Safety Management procedures. Performs technical maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of ammonia refrigeration equipment including vessels, evaporators, condensers, pumps, motors, compressors, valves and other refrigeration equipment. This position will also be required to assist in the maintenance and preventive maintenance of all production machinery and any building maintenance needs as requested.

Responsible for the food safety, sanitation, quality and security of the products produced.

• Prefer a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic or refrigeration tech OR completion of a refrigeration course with certificate of completion.
• Must be familiar working with ammonia systems, boiler systems, and industrial refrigeration units.
• Prefer RETA Certification.
• Knowledge and demonstration of safe work practices.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
