Production Control Coordinator

As a Production Control Coordinator
, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly from start to finish. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position where communication, problem‑solving, and attention to detail make a real impact every day.

You’ll work closely with production, purchasing, and project teams to help manage schedules, track materials, and ensure workflows stay on course. • Assist in creating and organizing production packages—including work orders, drawings, and job‑specific information—for release to the production floor.
• Enter, update, and close build‑to‑stock and production run jobs quickly and accurately in the system.
• Communicate routine job changes and schedule adjustments to appropriate production team as directed by the supervisor.
• Review job information (drawings, scopes, parts lists) for completeness and flag discrepancies for supervisor review.
• Perform weekly and monthly cycle counts as directed, accurately record results, and assist with necessary system adjustments under supervision.
• Monitor and report current inventory levels to prevent material shortages.
• Review parts lists, issue materials to work orders in the system, and verify all required parts are available before production begins.
• Help maintain organization, cleanliness, and accuracy of materials in warehouse and storage areas.
• Collaborate with production floor personnel, engineering, sourcing, and project managers to resolve material or documentation issues.
• Gather and report data on labor and material usage for project monitoring and analysis.
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of departmental policies and procedures.

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, inventory control, or scheduling environment.
• Proficiency with manufacturing information systems (MRP/ERP) and accurate data entry.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as work orders and basic drawings.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with production team members and other departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

• Must be able to frequently remain in a stationary position.
• Occasional reaching, pushing and/or pulling up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to occasionally move equipment, materials, or product up to 50lbs.

Will work in both an office setting and production environment.

Pay: $21 - $24 (+ profit sharing). The actual base salary offered will vary based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, and education. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package, which includes:
