A long-standing and respected manufacturing operation in Pillager, MN, is hiring afull-time, seasonal Truss Builder to support the production of high-quality wood roof and floor trusses. Known for combining computer-aided design with innovative manufacturing practices, this team takes pride in craftsmanship, teamwork, and getting the job done right. If you can swing a hammer, read a tape measure, and enjoy hands-on work, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
• Bonus: Daily board footage bonus pay potential, paid weekly
• Schedule: First Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal Temporary Position

Daily Job Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to build wood floor and roof trusses to specification
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently throughout the shift
• Measure, assemble, and secure lumber components accurately
• Maintain quality and productivity standards on the production floor
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

• Entry-level position; no prior truss-building experience required
• Ability to continuously lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Must supply your own 20 oz hammer and tape measure
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
