We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Body Shop Foreman to oversee operations in our paint department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of production processes. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met while fostering a positive work environment.
* Responsibilities
* * Lead and manage daily operations within the paint department, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
* Ensure all customers receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
* Manage quality control processes to uphold product standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall productivity.
* Effectively communicate with insurance companies.
* Qualifications
* * A minimum of two years experience in the automotive paint industry.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to supervise employees, delegate duties, and train technicians in the proper use of tools and facilities.
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
* Proficient in computer and technological use.
* Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

* Ability to assess and accurately quote for repairs, and work with insurance companies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
