2nd shift (3:00 pm to 1:30 am M – Th. (start at 1:00 pm with OT). Shift differential for this shift.

• A driven Welder to facilitate the production of company products and custom orders.

• Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor/team lead, you will fabricate daily orders.

• Competent in welding technique and integrity – MIG and/or TIG
• Ability to set up and operate equipment/machinery with minor assistance
• Ability to adjust the machine to the appropriate thickness
• Ability to position pieces into jigs, fixtures, and guides using measuring instruments and hand tools
• Produce product to quality standards
• Work toward meeting the 3 cabinet per hour minimum
• Ability to follow demonstrated or written work instructions
• Machine/material knowledge – operations, light maintenance, safety requirements
• Ability to follow direction from trainers and/or supervisors
• Requires assistance in blueprint reading
• Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Additional duties as needed

• 1 + years of experience MIG welding.
• Knowledge of the metalworking industry, equipment, and processes.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.

• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods of time.
• Must be capable of working in inclement conditions to include extreme hot and cold temperatures.
• Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
