Hiring on all 3 shifts!

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in thermoplastic or silicone molding (preferred)
• Technical aptitude
• Ability to learn and use microscope
• Ability to lift twenty pounds or more
• Ability to understand visual part aspects
• Ability to understand basic safety standards and procedures
• Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English

Responsibilities:

• Operate molding machine in a safe and efficient manner using designated tools
• Use of hand‑held tools that are necessary
• Follow all start up and shut down/OPPM procedures
• Read, comprehend and perform duties as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Product Specific Standard Operating Procedure (PSOP)
• Work overtime as required
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Fine motor skills in hands/wrist and good hand/eye coordination
• Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment as assigned by management
• Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., on occasion

Pay:

• Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00
• 2nd Shift Differential: $2.00
• 3rd Shift Differential: $4.00
• Quarterly Incentive Bonus
